I've been helping people realize their dreams for the past 25 years.  After the birth of my third son, I stepped away from my nursing career to follow my passion for design and founded my own interior design business.  I worked with a variety of clients from all walks of life, each with their own dreams and expectations about what they wanted out of their space.  Through these interactions, I learned that the most successful transformations weren't tied to bottomless budgets.  Successful transformations are the result of nurturing a relationship built on trust with your clients through expectation management and providing realistic advice after you've listened to their concerns and understand their goals.

If the fundamental elements of style and design principles can completely change how you perceive a space, why can't they be applied to your body?  It turns out they can, and I've spent the last decade focusing on helping people bring out their best self.  When the right products get used appropriately, the results can be astounding.
